Joseph Raymond Wise

Joseph Raymond Wise, 76, of Brandenburg, Kentucky passed away on July 31, 2023. 

He is survived by his oldest daughter and caregiver, Melissa Jo (Eric) Sassaman; youngest daughter, Crystal Barnwell; granddaughters, Valerie Ann Devers, Savannah, and Destiny; grandsons, Brian Austin Casteel and Treyvon; and brothers, John (Pat) Wise, Ron (Marsha (Wise), Tim (Donna) Wise. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Wise; mother, Eva Pearl Harmon; sister, Ida Kitterman; and brothers, Robert Wise, Roger Wise, and Frank Wise.

Joseph had turned his life over to God and loved going to church on Sunday morning. He enjoyed watching old western movies, game shows, going for walks, and attending yard sales. He never met a woman who was not the most beautiful woman in the world to him, and he made sure to tell each of them every time he saw them. He loved to flirt with the ladies and make them smile. He loved to laugh and joke around a lot. 

Dad, you are loved so very much and although you are no longer with us here on earth, you will never be forgotten. I'll see you again one day in a much better place, and until I do, rest easy old man.
