Obituary

Cory Nathaniel Grant, born April 27th, 1990 at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, VA to Gary William Grant, Jr. and Tamara Suzann (Schrader) Grant. He passed away July 17th, 2023 in Louisville, KY. He is survived by his parents; two siblings, Christopher James Grant and Angel Starr (Grant) Metcalf; two grandmothers, Phyllis May (Montgomery) Jellison and Cinda Lou (Peters) Lynch; a niece, Anna Rae Grant; a nephew, Patrick William Grant; and many extended family members.

He was a mechanic by trade and loved playing the guitar. Cory was a carefree spirit who always wanted to be the center of attention, he was a practical joker and loved to make everyone laugh. He was loved by all his family and will be missed dearly. A celebration of Cory's life will be held in Aton, IN at the family's camp on July 29th at 3 pm, all are welcome to attend.
